Photographs submitted through photoreviv.com may contain family material that is personally meaningful. This page explains how that material is used when you request an assessment or restoration.

Information you provide
If you request an assessment, you may provide your name, email address, optional phone number, a description of the photograph, and a digital image of the damaged print. That information is used to review the photograph, discuss restoration possibilities, and — if you proceed — perform and deliver the work.
Photographs
Images you submit are provided for the purpose of assessing or performing the requested restoration work. They are not used as public portfolio examples unless you later give clear permission for that use. They are not treated as advertising content for photoreviv.com by default.
How information is used
Contact details are used to reply to you about the photograph you sent, usually through [email protected]. I do not sell mailing lists or photograph files.
Sharing
I do not share submitted photographs or personal details with unrelated third parties for their marketing. The website host for photoreviv.com and the email service used for [email protected] may process only what is needed to operate those services.
Retention
Working files and correspondence are kept as long as needed to complete the requested work and any follow-up you ask for. If you want files deleted after delivery, say so in writing at [email protected].
Website data
photoreviv.com may collect ordinary server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. The site does not currently use a separate advertising or analytics service, and it does not use advertising cookies as part of this design.
Children
The service is offered to adults who hold or care for photographs, including photographs of children in a family context. The site is not directed at children submitting their own personal information.
